I am very upset. When I emptied my unit, I discovered a rat infestation in the unit with a great deal of rat droppings. Several boxes were infested with loss of goods. I believe I should be reimbursed for this damage.

Absolutely unacceptable for any storage facility. Word of advice to myself (and anyone reading this): never... read more
Adam at Advantage Storage has helped me rent 2 separate storage units twice now in the past year during 2 very stressful situations. The customer service and kindness he & Stacie demonstrated seriously brightened my day and helped bring order to my chaotic life! Highly recommend these units- they are clean and have A/C units available. And the service is top-notch!
