I paid for a storage about a month ago and had to cancel it because I didn't need it anymore.......tell me why am I still waiting for my refund. SMH horrible!!!!
As a new customer, my gate code is not working. I arrived for the first time to access my unit and was unable to get in. There is currently an employee at the desk who appears to be on lunch, but instead of simply acknowledging me and offering assistance, they repeatedly went to the back when I approached the door. A quick response like, “I’m on lunch, but I’ll help you as soon as I’m done and check your gate code,” would have made a big difference.
