Nice people!
I am part off a non-profit that rents at this storage facility. We can’t pay by credit card, so rental fees are paid by mailed check. Advantage lost the check, and will not consider waiving or reducing the $25 late fee, so I had to pay out of my personal account. I think non-profits that can prove a check was cut and mailed on the appropriate date should be considered for reduced or waived fees if the check was lost by either Advantage or USPS. Very disappointed.
I literally don’t even store stuff here but I had to pull over to change my exploded tire and the sweet manager Don came out to get me water. The sweetest!!!!
