Sean came out to assess a sprinkler issue I am having. He was prompt to the first appt. However after that he was difficult to reach and reschedule the follow up work that needed to be done. My system is still not working and he is not responding to phone calls or texts. Poor customer service and follow through with commitment.

Very poor scheduling service and very poor customer service in responding to repeated voicemails. When finally receiving a call back 3 days later...was told the business # I was calling from their website is forwarded to another home number in which they do not monitor...wth?! I've moved on to more reliable company..pls consider doing the same.
