Rude customer service by particular staff by the phone. I didn't reply email back from company after the quote, I had more enquiries. Staff said" of course you don't get reply back, because he is not working here". Then hung up the phone. It's no excuse for this manner and I am disappointed as I read another reviews and had a good expectations.

The only plus for now is that Aaron Canham is employed by Advantage sports and doesn’t work in our business . A 5k deposit paid for new turf in July promised an exciting new court Pickleball was on our agenda. Not a visit not a follow up . Today I visited Advantage Sports office in Draper Street and received an apology and a promise of a phone call from the said Aaron Canham today . Unsurprisingly the same pattern - silence . The team did a fantastic job on our yard, quick and efficient too, just a couple days. The guys were extremely professional and polite, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Really smooth process from quote to install also, highly recommend if you’re considering synthetic grass.
The team were so great to deal with, from site measure to installation. We installed ‘All season’s gold’ artificial turf in our pool area and love it! It looks great and so good to finally get rid of the unused dirt patch ruining our pool.
