So I have been seeing my Physiotherapist Rob for a month now I must say the whole experience was amazing ! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The last time I was in my shoes were taken mistakenly? I went back in to talk to the staff. They were very helpful and said they would keep an eye out for them. So I left sock footed a bit upset . Than later that day they called to say they found them someone brought them back. So I was very surprised and glad . So I just wanted to say I am thankful for all the help I received. .
Finding a physio you trust is very key as we age and stay active. I’ve been working with norm for many years. Both with vestibular therapy and for physio ailments. Norm is a highly experienced and highly trained professional. Norm has been able to refer me to health pointe doctors for complex issues. I have also had my immediate family work with other physios on his staff. Fully recommend!
Stephanie was great to deal with and if you put in the work she recommends, your back and hamstring can be healed too (over time).
I followed Stephanie D. from her previous clinic so I’ve seen her for various issues over the past 10 years. She is quick to assess and diagnose the issues I’ve had including bursitis, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and more recently, a meniscus tear that acted up after more than 40 years.
