Have rented space from this company for many many years over SEVERAL owners never knowing who owns this storage unit. We have always sent proof of insurance & last week were locked out. Then my husband could not get ahold of anyone finally the people in Branson West called him & then he had to PAY for your internal insurance to be able to get in that day. Wasted hour on a Saturday.Feel we were taken advantage of. This should of not happened & hopefully will get a credit of this IF we renew our annual lease when expires.
It was super easy to sign up and rent my unit. The website was very user friendly and quick to navigate. I got signed up in less then 30 minutes and for people who don't like to talk on the phone I didn't even have to call the office and speck to anyone. It was all done online!
