Everything was handled virtually. We moved into a unit that was too small, I was able to call and get a bigger unit right there and then. Also move out was a breeze, just send an email with photos of your empty unit. No Hassel, great service
Never in my life have I ever given a 1 star review. I have had this storage unit since the end of January so less than two months and twice now I have not been able to access my storage unit. I have made phone call after phone call to speak with someone in regards to the issue. I have not been able to access my storage unit since last week even though they have sworn that the situation has been fixed. It takes them 24 to 48 hours to return a phone call and that is on an escalated issue like not being able to access your unit... read more
