Pretty much the entirety of my personal belongings were stored in this facility from January of 2025 to August of 2025. Everything I owned (which was stored here) was destroyed by black mold and pests in this facility in less than a year. The owner does not offer insurance, and these units are not climate controlled. Only giving one star as that is required by google for the review. You are better off spending more money on a unit in Sonora.
Storage is storage you know there's nothing really fantastic about it unless it has a bathroom or lights and I think it has lights but I'm not sure about bathroom.
This place is owner operated and they almost always answer the phone. Friendly husband and wife place.
