I had a last minute move, under a lot of stress, Chris helped me and it was great, worked out a way to get me the truck I needed, and helped me on the return. Everything was smooth and I got a killer deal on the rental! Would recommend them to anyone in the area. I would also recommend Chris as a rep too because he went above and beyond!

BEWARE! This location is shady in regards to fuel in the vehicles. I fueled the vehicle back to where I rented it from and they charged me for a 2 gallon charge on fuel and they are claiming it was not fueled or was returned less than when I received the vehicle. Take photos of fuel BEFORE AND AFTER returning if you must rent from this location but they are extremely shady and I will not be renting from this place again.

I rented an outdoor unit so my review is solely based on my real experience. So here we go with the many, many things wrong with this place. 1) there is only partial fencing around the perimeter 2) they never close the gate 3) uhaul employees told me there have been many, many storage units broken into 4) they advertise a "state of the art the security system and that each unit has its own alarm...the security system hasn't worked or been turned on for atleast 2 years 5) I don't think the cameras work either seeing as no one... read more

This is undoubtedly the best storage facility I have ever used. It's safe, clean, well-lit, conveniently located and easy to access (if you are a storage client). What makes the place really stand out is Jacob, the manager and main employee. He is a great problem solver and always works hard to make a customer happy. I have never been so pleased with my storage facility!

I bought some moving supplies from U-Haul website but later found out that some items were not needed. So, I brought them to the closest U-Haul store, but the owner only accepted few return items because he doesn't sell most of them in his store. So I went to Alex's store. Although he also doesn't sell the majority of these items in his store, Alex went extra mile and took care of all the return items. Alex and his stuff are very friendly and professional. I really appreciate their kind help. Thank you!. Highly recommended!
