Deborah was great with answering all of my questions
I rented from Advantage Self Storage in 2018 and am now moving out. Public Storage bought the facility and are raising my rent by nearly 30%. Their customer service staff informed me that with the new rate I will be paying the highest rate for my unit and that somebody will be able to move into my unit for much less after I move out.
