Tori helped us this past Saturday during a busy morning. She handled 3 customers coming in at once and did so efficiently! We were able to check out the unit before signing paperwork, it was empty, very clean, and even has a light on a timer. Tori was friendly, personable, and thorough with giving us any information we could need. We’re grateful to have a nearby storage unit and look forward to our time with Advantage. Thank you!
I used these guys for a couple years and recommended to my daughter who has rented for a year. They will not work with her on one extra week with already charging a fortune because they had to go month to month while their house is being completed. They have called twice to try and negotiate but the woman who was not nice at all to my daughter said no because it’s against policy.
