Customer service is terrible. The last 2 years has been a night mare getting anything done in a timely manner. Takes 2 or 3 weeks for them to fix anything even a broke belt then charge out the wazoo. That is checking with them on a weekly basis. Get a different excuse every time you ask about it.DONE want be back!
Dropped off mower in April and still not fixed first week of July. Got my money back and took it upon myself to order part through Briggs & Stratton and fix myself. Part arrived in mail within a week. Problem solved.
Took my mower in for warranty work. After 6 weeks I spoke to someone, they said my bill was $338. They said they did a bunch of stuff I knew my mower didn't need, including a carb clean. After more weeks of them not answering the phone or when they, did leaving me on hold until I hung up, I called Husqvarna and they apparently had a talk with them because eventually I got through. I had called around for estimates on how long it would take to fix my mower and who answered the phone at advantage sales said it would take about a week. Sounds great. I dropped it off. Every time I would call I would be told "just call back in a few more days" or "the mechanic is about to look at it". A whole month later they find the problem and order the part. Two more weeks later (a total of 6 weeks) it is done. I was charged for things that were functional when I dropped off my mower but because they left it outside in... read more

matt & his son was great they meet me after hrs and we talk about getting one of the trailers but I end of buying a more high end one that day . they great people and look todo more business with them . I'm very happy in my first buy with them
These guys are great not just at the time of purchase, but taking care of my needs after the sale. My Hustler mower is a great piece of equipment, but I mow approximately 4 acres each time I mow, so it needs service work occasionally. They have always been there to take care of my needs from sharpening my blades, filters and belts. Today when I needed a new deck belt they had the one I needed in stock and installed it for me all at a fair price. I highly recommend. I bought a brand new hustler 52" mower yesterday and didnt even have to be present. Matt and I took care of everything over the phone. i was gonna purchase a 42" from another dealer and they were trying to sell me a 2017 for the price of a 2019. anyways i ended up getting the 2019 52" for $100 more than i was gonna get the 42" at the other dealer.
