Advantage Roofing did a wonderful job replacing my roof. William was very helpful, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns prior to the project beginning . The crew worked efficiently and safely, completing the job seamlessly. The site was also left clean.
Bailed and left my roof exposed to the elements. Rain is destroying my uncovered decking now. Extremely overpriced as seeing someone in distress motivated their price point. Square footage initially incorrect and padded with materials they don't provide. Contract should be scrutinized very closely before you sign anything they present to you as any mishaps will be seen as the owner's responsibility and any additional work unforseen will be seen as owner responsibility.
