Advantage Roofing is a local family business. Only family members are on the jobsite. We have a triple wide manufactured home. Advantage Roofing has done hundreds of manufactured home roofs. The finished roof is a piece of art. The rows of shingles are all perfectly straight. The skylights and roof jacks and flashing are painted to match the new roof. We had an excellent experience with this company. Mike and his family came in well below other estimates we received, and they showed fantastic professionalism and finished early. I heard several horror stories from friends who went with other companies, but my wife and I were very satisfied with the work with Advantage. 11/10 if I could rate that high.

Called and set up an appointment for an estimate. They were very friendly and helpful over the phone. The day of the appointment, nobody came to the house at the appointed time. An hour after the appointed time, I called and was told the estimator was probably just running late. Nobody showed up for the rest of the day. The next day, I called multiple times without an answer or a returned call.
