I chose Advantage Roofing and it was my best decision. First their Better Business Bureau rate recommendation is A+ and that says a lot. They take time inspecting your roof and let you know in advance what is need it, what is not plus recommendations. The price is reasonable (full roof replacement) the materials and level of performance was superb. The job was done impeccable and on time. I chose Advantage Roofing because they were the second highest rated roofing company on Angie’s List at the time. I’m glad I did because they did a fantastic job, and the price was very reasonable. They also replaced my skylights and did a great job. Even the county inspector was amazed at how good of a job they did. I highly recommend them and I would definitely would use them again.
One of the owners came out quickly to give me a quote and it was on-par or slightly less than my other 4 quotes. Google reviews were stronger and I wholeheartedly agree with them. They gave strong recommendations on what to do and how to work with my insurance company. I also have solar panels and their contractor was cheaper than original installer - and delivered a 10 year warranty. Very friendly and great communication throughout. Tom was great to work with. My roof was done timely and with great care. They did everything by the book from permits to inspections. His crew was fast and ensured they did quality work. They cleaned up really well and I have not fount any nails in the yard like I did with my very long ago roof. I Highly recommend them.
