He takes the time to listen to your concerns and answer questions without making you feel rushed. If he doesn’t know the answer to a question, he will look for the answer and get back to you. He always has a smile on his face and a friendly, yet professional demeanor.
Sometimes when you have a water problem in your home it can be one of the most frustrating things. Jason called me several times just to insure me everything was going to be okay. After meeting with him at my house with in minutes he had fans on all the wet spots and he is on top of his game. I don’t wish this kind of problem on anyone. Jason and Advantage Restoration came to our rescue when we had a large amount of water which needed to be dried under our carpet in several rooms . They came quickly and on short notice and were such a blessing to me and my family ! They do wonderful work and are of the highest character ! Thank you so much for coming to our rescue ! We had water leak in late 2015 and it was not a fun time without a kitchen, but Jason Jones and his team did a wonderful job that has stood the test of time. We trust them so much, Jason and Advantage Restoration are at this very moment doing a complete remodel (kitchen, 4 bathrooms, flooring, everything) of our soon to be new residence in Pinedale and doing a fantastic job. Should be moved in by mid-February 2020!

They made everything so easy from helping to clean the water and dry out to restoration of the home and working with means the insurance company to get my house back to way it was .
