Was at her office waiting for hours which should of opened at 9:30 am. No sign on office door. Was there due to her tenant/ tree cutter who while cutting branches had damaged my property. After about 1 1/2 to 2 hours waiting called and K. Joyal answered. Again no sign on door, but she stated she decided to work from home. We’ve been renting with them for a year and a half and they are great!! Quick to service and handle anything we need!
RENTERS BEWARE. This property management company works strictly for the owner of the home. Thoroughly review every review when it comes to this company. We recently rented a home for two years, and every workaround they could come up with to fill their own pockets or the owners is the main prerogative. If there is an issue, they will hire the cheapest contract workers who attempt to hit on the women in the home, who do sub-par work. Been renting a home for two years with Advantage in the Tampa Bay Area. Best of the best across the board. Extremely punctual, to the point, and do the right thing. Can’t ask for much more, I highly recommend Advantage Realty Services!
Karen and her team have been managing my rental property for over 20 years. I've owned rental properties in three states. My only wish: Advantage could have managed them all. She and her staff look after my property as if it were their own. I receive regular updates with photos when necessary. Both my tenants and I found Advantage easy to work with no matter the issue. Repairs when needed were handled quickly and at minimal cost to my wallet or the tenant's convenience. My highest praise for this company.
