My experience applying for an apartment with Advantage Realty was very smooth and easy. Mrs. Kaeleigh was extremely helpful and made the process even better by answering all of my questions clearly and promptly.
Very dishonest people and rude, they will treat you really bad, one time they left a hole for 3 months in my apartment and never gave me any credit for it. They charge for a carpet cleaning, but the carpet was dirty before I got there, in the picture y’all can see how it look

Catch attitudes when u call to check on your application it shouldn't take over a week to let someone know if they are approved or not other professional rental services take no more than 2 days I went somewhere else and applied and was approved the next day! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! FIND ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY!
