Bill and Cheryl were a breeze to work with. The circumstances of the sale of the home was a little different than others. They were able to address all of our needs and sold the house very quickly. At closing some things came up, but they remedied the situation when they didn't have to. It is very refreshing to work with people who are honest, competent, and hard working. We definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
