I worked with Jarred to find an apartment and it was a great experience. He was communicative and helpful with answering questions that popped up. He never felt pushy (which is rare around Boston) and was friendly and personable.
This is the place Jarred ( realtor from the company) has advertised to our family as being recently updated and renovated. We were shown an old listing and video that showed no detail of the state of the apartment and told that it is in great condition. Since we were relocating to MA from across the country we had no chance to see it for ourselves and trusted this agent, which ended up being the biggest mistake during our move! Paid a full month’s broker fee for what turned out to be an ILLEGAL APARTMENT. This has been a nightmare, what a scam
Cambridge is a fast-paced apartment market. After looking for many apartments and not finding a place. I finally found a wonderful affordable apartment in the neighborhood I wanted with through our Advantage Realty agent. Our landlord is wonderful and could not be happier with their quick process.
