Absolutely fantastic people at Advantage. They make the buying/selling process easy and smooth from start to finish with world class customer service and prompt responses! Absolutely would recommend to anyone in the Russell area that are in the market for a home!
Had a buying agent set up a tour of a property. Was unable to access the entire property as the selling agent Connie did not do her job and make sure things went well. Set it up to look at the unaccessed part of property for the next day. Did not go back to property for a week and was told we are trespassing. Our offer made was based on the low quality the property was in. Still believe selling agent Connie did not send offer over. She was rude and very difficult to work with.
