Very poor customer service skills. Woman was very rushed on the phone when I inquired about properties for sale/rent. She sounded very rude without knowing anything about me or my income she stated that the properties were too pricey. Definitely seems like a company that hijacks your entire security deposit to replace a light bulb in a microwave that was never in the property!
I don’t even know where to begin. Karen Chiles is THE realtor. I can’t believe everyone isn’t using her. She’s far above the rest. She is always responsive she is diligent she is quick and she is patient as well. She knows what she is doing and she will not steer you wrong. She loves what she does and it really shows. I stumbled upon her and I really think she was a godsend. This woman has done so much for me and it was never really stressful thanks to her.
