Tami doesn't answer the phone, return calls, or do anything about maintenance requests. I have no confidence in a company that refuses to take care of business and their residents.
It has been three weeks since we submitted our rental application, and we have yet to receive any response to our emails or phone calls. I understand businesses can be busy, but completely ignoring applicants is unprofessional. At minimum, there should have been a follow-up regarding the status of the application, even if the decision was not to move forward. Basic communication and courtesy should not be difficult to provide. Unfortunately, the lack of response reflects very poorly on your management and business practices.
Tami exceeded my families expectations on managing our Property and we are satisfied with the work that she did for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire her company again.
Advantage got me in touch with contractors that provided great service at reasonable prices in order to repair my home and get it ready to rent. I highly recommend Advantage Property Management to anyone that is looking to rent their house or appartment
We have been renting for 4 years now, and we love our neighborhood always great customer service. When calling maintenance to talk to the the office or anything any concern we may have. It's always attended to thank you. And we look forward to many more years, so we do recommend anybody that's looking for a home to go through. Advantage property they're very great. .
