Communication and accountability are terrible. After living here 4+ years with many guest visits, a friend’s car was towed after less than two hours because “no guest parking is ever allowed”—a rule never clearly communicated since i owned my unit and inconsistently enforced. I had to pay $169 cash. When questioned, the manager insisted “anyone living here should know,” and previously sent an urgent leak warning that proved false and disruptive.
