I dont know much about these property management companies but this one SUCKS!!! I definitely see why they have 2.5 stars. Which seems way too high. They should have zero stars as an option.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. This is not the first time I’ve tried to contact them, and unfortunately, I have never received a response. Their communication is extremely poor, and their website has not been helpful in getting live assistance. A company should be responsive to its clients. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience, and I cannot recommend their services based on the lack of professionalism and communication.
Since Advantage Property Management started managing Hammock Cove Sawgrass Lakes, the communication has been exceedingly poor. From ARB requests that are submitted for external work, to complaints regarding poor landscaping jobs and most recently a query regarding the refund of my deposit for clubhouse rental, there has been absolutely no acknowledgment of written communication. I have lived at islandia2 for seven years.they have recently installed entry gates. We are a motorcycle friendly community but the gates don't allow me to exit or get back in the facility. I have spoken with Seibel numerous times to no avail or even a text or call won't be expected any longer. This management company does nothing but ignore your complaints. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST management company possible. They do nothing. They do not even return calls. PITIFUL.
They've always been helpful and friendly to me when I've needed to stop in. Thanks.
