Communication is horrendous. The only energy they put towards my association is trying to figure out how the tremendous amount of maintenance work as a result from sheer neglect is the OWNERS responsibility, instead of their own so they don’t have to pay for it. I'm a mortgage loan officer and am working with a condo buyer who is currently in the process of purchasing a condo in a development managed by Advantage Property Management. BEWARE - unprofessional, unresponsive. They've been or property manager for a few years I would NEVER recommend them.
Chris will ignore you for 6 months then email you and expect you to drop everything you are doing to immediately cater to his needs on a Friday afternoon. Rude, grotesque, bullying behavior. Worst condo management company on earth.
