I am very fortunate to be a homeowner and not a renter, So this review is in regards to the encounter friends of mine had with advantage property management off multiple rental locations of Larch street in Fort Collins. I helped them advocate for themselves and pointed them in the direction of legal resources after the despicable, highly unethical and even illegal business practices they tried to impose on these tenants. If I could review them at a zero I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They overcharge and fine for violations as dumb as weed pulling. They charge and blame for things that were done prior to move-in and then take your entire deposit and some! They only care about money and harassed us the entire 2 years for a place that is falling apart and needs massive renovation. Absolutely do not ever rent from Advantage property management company. There is a reason that 99% of the “good reviews” are from people using this company to rent out their homes and 99% of the bad reviews are from tenants themselves. This is the most dishonest and unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. I chose to continue to work with Advantage Property Management (though their charges were higher) since they were already managing this property that I invested in Memphis, TN. Once I completed all the formalities I did not hear from them for weeks in spite of several reminders through emails, phone calls and text messages. So I had dump them. Horrible company DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FROM THEM. They are careless will let landlords harass you. Will blame you for damage done before you got to the property. Will try and fine you for anything possible. WORST COMPANY EVER. They only care about the money and not the tenants comfort.
