Have been a customer for years and have generally had good service, but this summer has been terrible. The good techs have left and the people who replaced them are not up to par. Late, sloppy, rushed, and don't follow basic instructions. Repeat problems with service and repairs. Attempts to reach the company with any problem result in long delays.

I called this company couple of times requesting different services, but either nobody answer the phone or never heard anything from them back. Don't waste your time to call this company

If you are a pool idiot like me then this is the company for you. At 9 pm the other night, Shawn answered his cell phone at home to help my pump explosion problem. I would have lost all my water if he had chosen not to answer his phone after hours. This is typical as they have great problem solvers along with the routine weekly service. I have been a customer for 5 years and Cindy and the staff do a great job of addressing my needs promptly. Best Pool Service In Town--No Question The employees are expert at their profession and the office does everything they can to get your problems solved in a timely manner. I was selling my house and had several pool issues and they were just great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I researched pool companies after moving into our new house on Angie's List. Being a bit methodical I started with the letter A. After discussing opening the pool with Melissa I discovered that they were the installers just four years ago. I have been very happy with their professional service and would recommend them to anyone with their first...or even third pool. They come out every other week and the pool is kept in great condition.

This company is correctly named. They have a definite "advantage" over all of the other pool service companies I have ever used. Services are reasonably priced and work performed is always top quality. Advantage Pool's employees take the extra time to insure you receive excellent customer service. Even you are pleased with your current pool service company, I would recommend calling Advantage Pool anyway. You'll definitely be pleased with their service.

Bar None, this pool company makes it happen. Quick, reliable, honest, reasonably priced! Adam has always been a man of his word. Used other companies when we bought house and were "burned." As a busy professional, these guys make my life easier. Love them! If you want a pool company you can trust, Advantage Pools is it. This is unsolicited unpaid endorsement.

I needed a starter course in pool management. Adam was there within an hour of calling in! He spent about 1 hour explaining the pump, vacuum, light and even set up the timers. He did not want a payment! Where have you seen this??? His estimates for monthly pool service etc. seemed very reasonable - I am a fan!

I had Advantage open my pool this year, I usually do all my pool work myself, but not the big jobs like opening and closing. The guys the came out, Jason and John, were quick and organized and did a great job. Good company in my book.
