Worst place to even try to get a loan threw!
We set up some new accounts with APFCU recently and Bobby Serna was absolutely excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable and professional. Any questions we had he answered effectively without beating around the bush. We are glad we found a great person who can help us with all our needs!
unhappy with the preston branch. we have several loans through them, and recently added another. we were going to refinance loans from other banks and put them through advantage. the lady in the loan office was never around and was hard to track down. I asked her about the status of one loan and she said it had barely been submitted when she had previously told us otherwise. a week later, she told me that no it hadn't been done because shed asked us for additional information, which she had not.
