Used for a rental property, tenant informed me they were there for less than thirty minutes, and i was charged for over forty minutes. Seems to me like they were trying to get the extra fifty dollars for the second thirty minutes, because I was not able to be present for the service call. I will not be a return customer for any other rental units, nor will I recommend their service.
Most companies charge by the half hour with the first half hour usually including a service charge that covers the gas and driving time to the job. Charges are not broken down by the minutes. Anything that goes over a half hour increment automatically incurs another full half hour charge. This has been the norm in all my dealings with any home service industry.
