I love this place. The people are nice, and the care is fabulous. For some reason I feel more inclined to do my exercises when they tell me to, because I know they're right.. and it will actually help me.
They know their stuff, and aren't afraid to admit when they don't know something. They take time to listen and explain, and they work with me to grow strength. I've worked with Bob and Sarah. Highly recommend!
