I've been trying to find a great Lawn control company for years and that is/was very hard to do. Until I looked in 2025 Best Pick Reports Quality Home Services Guide and found Advantage Pest Related Services. I went on google and saw 5 Star rated. I was sold and called for an appointment. I had a great experience with this pest control company, especially thanks to Bob. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Bob showed up on time, was very thorough, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. You can tell he really knows his stuff and cares about doing the job right. The service was efficient, and I felt confident my home was in good hands. I highly recommend this company—and definitely ask for Bob!!!!

I have been using Advantage Pest Control for my lawn for a couple of years. My technician Lloyd comes to my house every 60-days without fault, he is always on time and does an awesome job treating my lawn, as necessary. He takes the time to explain the process to me, is very courteous and very thorough. He makes me feel like he really cares about the quality of my lawn. I highly recommend Advantage Pest Control!

This is a great Pest control company. I’ve had four different companies and this is by far the best one. Their guy Greg comes out and gives lots of attention to detail and takes his time to do it right. Always has a great attitude and does whatever we need done.

I use this company for lawn weed control and fertilization. The company that I hired previously for two years did lousy job. There were weeds everywhere and they were bare spots. Bob was the technician and he was very knowledgeable regarding the initial assessment and the weeds that were found. He came regularly every other month to spray, and fertilize the lawn After approximately 15 months of servicing, I can honestly say that the lawn looks fantastic now. If your lawn is full of weeds currently, the change will not happe... read more
