I TRADED IN A CAR COMING OFF A LEASE , WE WERE PROMISED ALL CHARGES FROM PREVIOUS CAR WOULD BE ABSORBED , THEY WERE NOT , 2 MONTHS LATER WE RECIEVED A BILL FOR PREVIOUS CAR - FOR MILEAGE , SOME WEAR TEAR ETC. $1500 - WE WERE PROMISED UP AND DOWN THIS BILL WOULD NEVER COME AND THAT ADVANTAGE NISSAN WOULD ABSORB THESE COSTS. THEY DID NOT AND THEN TOTALLY LIED TO OUR FACES WHEN ASKED ABOUT THEM. I SENT MANY LETTERS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER AND FINANCE MANAGER ALSO LETTERS TO NISSAN AND TO THE OWNERS OF THE DEALERSHIP.
