Been keeping my belongings at advantage for almost 3 years. If you miss a payment they are quick to throw a lock on your spot and deactivate your gate pin. Even so they are fair and will with with you to get caught up.
They said they pro rate the last month; we moved out on the 13th, and they would not refund the rest of the month.
I have a space here. Great price. Great people. The gate to exit? Not so much. It needs adjusted, or something. When I have to almost drive thru it to get out? Yeah, problem. Especially when my anxiety kicks in.

My mother-in-law used this unit for about a year. It was evident that security was even less than lackadaisical. We went to get in one day and her lock just didn't work. It had to be cut off and she had to buy a new one. Then we discovered that things from inside the door were stolen. Guns! Yes, it appears this was probably the guy who was stole all the guns and was living in the place on Grimes Way. When Police caught him, he had so many guns. But where was the security?
