Clean place to store you stuff. Access was easy. Communication with them is lacking. Slow or no response to calls made it difficult to end the contract when I had moved out. Refund never happened... so, just know what you pay for up front likely won't return if you leave early.
Been keeping my belongings at advantage for almost 3 years. If you miss a payment they are quick to throw a lock on your spot and deactivate your gate pin. Even so they are fair and will with with you to get caught up.
They said they pro rate the last month; we moved out on the 13th, and they would not refund the rest of the month.
I have a space here. Great price. Great people. The gate to exit? Not so much. It needs adjusted, or something. When I have to almost drive thru it to get out? Yeah, problem. Especially when my anxiety kicks in.
