Advantage closed before there time and the customer service manager Nicolas said they were closed before their time because they had rented out all their cars before our plane landed. They charged us a fee for not canceling even though they had no cars left. We tried calling over and over and they didn't pick up because they sent everyone home. Everyone is very friendly at the SJ Airport Hertz location. An added bonus: if you are on a SWA the location is easy to get to and convenient.
