Horrible place. The recent renovations equal to putting lipstick on a pig. Administration staff do not listen to patient advocates, PoAs, family members or patients. Patients are denied air conditioning when it requested by patients and their advocates [including visiting Hospice staff]. Staff does not attempt to be attentive or soothe patients that are extremely loud screaming for a nurse to the point it is extreme distressing to fellow patients and any visitors. My mom was happy when she left so I'm happy about that my mom needed a rest glad for that. But the lady in my mom room needed help and it took hrs for them to clean up.the pee
This facility is no good unprofessional staff as well as drug staff n and when I was ready to leave and discharge I did not leave with my prescription and then they want to say I took too long two days and I did not give him and I did not get my equipment as proper order was messed up I called to talk to them and question about them and they gave me an attitude and tell me to deal with it

Had an excellent experience, the Doctor is available when needed, either by phone or in person. The therapy department did an excellent job in the shortest time. I recommend this place for the loved one.
