Avoid this dealership at all costs. Their customer service is nonexistent, and that’s putting it generously. They schedule service appointments they have no intention of honoring, wasting your time with blatant disregard. The staff is shockingly rude and dismissive. There is a reason they have a 3 star review. Do not come here unless you want to be harassed relentlessly. I specifically asked to be left alone to look and multiple times was bothered by the same person. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Top of the line dealership. They were able to help me get a car. They listen to what I wanted and what I needed. They checked all the boxes. I am handicap and they are so accommodated that they took the time to drive each car up to me to check it out. They treated me like family not just customer. Al and Richard are the best. They went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted.
No concierge lounge for Lincoln owners. The parts dept has 3 Lincoln items. The hats are dirty I asked for a discount since I would have to dry clean but the cashier said no. This is my first and last trip here.
Wonderful customer service. Maintenance department is exceptional 👌
