im pretty sure this company went out of business. i ordered a lift 4 months ago and up until 1 month ago they stopped answering the phone. the line is actually disconnected. their website isnt working either. impossible to contact for the past 3 weeks. website says exciting news coming but no phone number or email to contact them. they disabled all comments or post from their facebook/youtube/tiktok. if you haven't received your lift i suggest you call your bank. i should've gone with wildfire lifts but i really wanted the A... read more
Paid in full for over 6 months STILL NO LIFT
MY TWO POST identify AS A FIRE PIT, ( SEE PICTURES ), after talking with advantage on the phone multiple times trying to get replacement parts for my lift, that is less than two years old.They don't call back.They don't return phone calls.Customer service is not good. so my two post lift identify as a fire pit. They sell good fire pits though
I have been emailing and calling to get my Order Status for 2 weeks. Nobody picks up the phone, returns calls after I leave a voicemail or responds to emails. It's like they went out of business. Horrible customer service and I definitely would not order from them again.
