Came with no directions, missing nuts and bolts. Pissed off
Don't buy a lift from this company, they don't call you back for a repair on your lift. They obviously don't take care of their customers If I treated my customers like they do I would have been fired .If I could give a lower rating I would.
**BUYER BEWARE** Ordered back in Jan 8th and sales person Timothy Dixon messed up our order and we are still waiting for our lifts (May 14th 2025.) Timothy Dixon had ordered the wrong lifts. Since asking to speak to a manager to resolve this issue, communication has stopped. Steer away by all means! Hopefully get this issue resolved ASAP!
I ordered the lift on 12/2/24. was told I could possibly get it by the end of January if we beat the deadline. Naturally, we did not. Then I was told the end of March. That didn’t happen then I was told weekly. It’ll be here next week. It’ll be here next week it’ll be here next week that never happened finally after calling I found out They only got them in their possession on May 11. Horrible customer service. They will lie to your face just to get you to purchase and then when it comes time to get your product you have to keep calling and emailing them to get the order moving. Then when it’s time to ship that’s where the fun begins. They tell you the free shipping is to a loading dock where you have to go and pick it up even though they told me it would come to my address and all I need is a forklift. Stay away from this company!
