I ordered a 2 post lift and a 4 post lift on 3/18/25. My lifts were installed the finally installed on 11/10/25. One leg on the 4 post lift is messed up and the casters will not install properly. Today is 3/17/26 and my lift is not repaired and I've talked to 2 different people with the company and I get different answers . This company is very disorganized and has very poor customer service! Safety locks, not working not willing to do any kind of warranty for me. ( hoist less than one year old ) Back in mid october of 2025, i noticed that my safety locks on my ten thousand pound two post lift, safety locks we're not working as they should. Call advantage lifts started talking to a guy named Tim . And he told me back in mid-october that it would be under warranty. Excellent lift and outstanding installers
About a year after the lift was installed, I contacted Advantage about the sudden change in the cables, excessively drooping/slacking. After back and forth with someone on the phone, and emails, they came out to inspect the lift. They said it was a faulty valve in the motor, but had to come back to replace it. When they came back, they replaced it, but the problem still persisted. The best part was I was charged a fee for this "repair visit" that left me in the same position as before. I love my USA made 9000 xlt. My only complaint was the secondary lock lever spot welds. I had one of the levers come off during the installation process due to the poor spot welds. I went back and perimeter welded the shaft to arm to insure performance. Still 100% happy.
