It's unfortunate that I need to write a review, but I have struggled with getting a seal kit for my Backyard Buddy which has been my dependable lift for over 10 years. I understand my lift is old, but it's taken 3 months and lots of emails just to get someone to send me a seal kit. It was the wrong one and that happens but then to ignore my follow-up emails asking for help was discouraging and disappointing. Their so called Tech Tim Dixon doesn’t know the inter workings of the product he sells. I asked about the seals in the Hydraulic Cylinder on the Backyard Buddy, this was back on 7-16-25 & now it’s 8-4-25 every time we speak he said he would call me back with a answer never heard nothing. What is so unprofessional they ask for ur name so he can tell the receptionist whether he wants to take the call or not a real Class Act. The Backyard Buddy Lift is a well built product but the Tech Support is Useless. Jerry
Came with no directions, missing nuts and bolts. Pissed off
Don't buy a lift from this company, they don't call you back for a repair on your lift. They obviously don't take care of their customers If I treated my customers like they do I would have been fired .If I could give a lower rating I would.
**BUYER BEWARE** Ordered back in Jan 8th and sales person Timothy Dixon messed up our order and we are still waiting for our lifts (May 14th 2025.) Timothy Dixon had ordered the wrong lifts. Since asking to speak to a manager to resolve this issue, communication has stopped. Steer away by all means! Hopefully get this issue resolved ASAP!
