I've been waiting since February for my lift, and they're customer service response is awful. They claim it's tariffs, but the tariffs aren't in affect. My order has been "waiting for release" from China since Jun. UPDATE: They said it may be Nov or Dec and they are looking at other manufacturing options. I canceled my order and now waiting on a refund. There's plenty of other companies who can ship in a few weeks. Good riddance!
This review is about Advantage Lifts rolling air jack. The jack itself is amazing. It's a one of a kind design due to its 67 inch reach. Its a unique design because the arms fit side by side in the retaining sleeve instead of butting up against each other. It's also a very heavy duty design. Had to wait months past my original ship date. When it finally showed up there were rusted and corroded parts, no instruction manual and missing parts. Most of the time they take weeks if not months to even answer my emails. They said they would send all missing and bad parts out. 6 months later I am still waiting, supposedly they will ship soon. I've never received a manual except digital, not very good to work off of. I would not buy from this company

It's unfortunate that I need to write a review, but I have struggled with getting a seal kit for my Backyard Buddy which has been my dependable lift for over 10 years. I understand my lift is old, but it's taken 3 months and lots of emails just to get someone to send me a seal kit. It was the wrong one and that happens but then to ignore my follow-up emails asking for help was discouraging and disappointing.
