Gave them all my info .. explained I dropped my old insurance because of rate increase so they call me back a hour later with a offer for the same insurance company I had but with higher rate ...total waste of time and I'm capable of shopping for insurance on my own.. trying to get insurance not shop for it
Im not really sure how these guys get such positive reviews, maybe from existing customers?? I went to them to get a quote and eventually move forward with an umbrella policy that I actually got a quote on. Ive sent two emails and left 2 voicemails that have yet to be returned over the last month. Time to move on...and I was considering moving all 7 of my insurance policies over to them eventually! Find a place that has better customer service and communication with customers and prospective customers!
Hunted until they saved me money, then handled all my needs courteously and promptly. I wish I'd given them my business long ago.
These guys/ladies are as classy old school as it gets. Proud to be new customer after a very long stint with other broker. Know their **** and will take care of you to the fullest.
