Dwayne was very thorough, explaining everything as we went thru the house., as we were not experts in plumbing, electrical, etc. He made sure we understood what we were looking at and what was needed to repair the issue and if it was a safety concern or cosmetic. We appreciated the time he took with us.
Very well communicative, professional, timely, efficient, and responsive. Dwayne does a great job and was very thorough on my newly built house. I really appreciated the reports that he submits on his portal. I had both a pre inspection and final inspection completed. Highly recommend.
