Missed several obvious things costing us thousands of dollars. Most obvious was first time we turned master bath on water pouring in the basement. It was obvious that fixtures were not checked. I have tried multiple times reaching Adrian the owner who performed the inspection and he will not call me back. Also contract states after reading fine print that he is only liable up to cost of the inspection. Save yourself the trouble and use another inspector.
Phenomenal. I had Adrian out yesterday to inspect an investment property I hope to buy. There is probably no one better in the industry. He did not mind me following him around and asking questions. And he skillfully answered and walked me through some of the repairs I was unfamiliar with. Adrian is also a really nice and intelligent guy. Before this inspection, I didn't really have a go-to company. But - because of Adrian's amazing service - I have now my "friend in the business."
