Inspector Will Smith used his uninformed opinions instead of facts. Incorrectly quoted wrong code for the year the house was built and included purely (small, inconsequential) cosmetic issues and the "wants" of the buyer in the report (like wanting an outlet installed in a place where one is not required). Wrote down that things didn't work simply because he couldnt figure them out (i.e. secondary thermostat that was locked at the primary, ceiling fan contolled by a remote) and didn't bother to ask the sellers. Very thorough inspection and explanation of the issues of the home. Inspector was punctual and then waited for us to join him at the house to do a walk through.

We recently had a new construction home inspection completed by Advantage Inspection and I cannot say enough great things about the experience.
