Inspector showed up early to appointment and started inspection without me. I had explained I wanted to be present and walk through with him. Missed several issues that were not included in report: - Outside outlet don't work. - Stated that the ice machine for refrigerator didn't work and the ice that was put in their to make it look like it was working.
