Our A/C stopped working and the house got hot! We called a couple of companies and Advantage Home Performance was able to come that same day. The technician, Jo, was knowledgeable, fixed the unit, and did not give a hard sell. He just told us what was wrong and what he did. Top notch service! From the sales professional Loren, to the installers Eduardo, his co-worker Carlos and the drywaller Jose. All were prompt, professional, courteous, and friendly. All my questions were addressed and all made sure that I was totally happy with my new A/C system. Kudos to all for a job well done!
Update: 4-2-25 I just wanted to do an update on my review from a few years ago. I just had "Advantage Home Performance" service my Mini-split. Tim was my first contact....answering the phone and making the appointment. He is super nice and cheerful!! He happily made me an appointment that worked with my work schedule. Joseph (HVAC Technician) showed up to do the service on the day planned. He was so nice!! Very dedicated to his work.
