Kevin did a great job! Unfortunately I didn’t end up purchasing the home, due to all of Kevin’s findings during the inspection. $310 is a small price to pay compared to a house with a lot of problems. As a first time homebuyer the inspection taught me a lot and I plan on using him again in the near future.

Kevin completed an incredibly thorough inspection of a single family home for us. He was great to work with, and took the time to answer all of my questions about the property during the inspection. Given his years of experience in the industry, he is highly knowledgeable about specific things to look for based on the age of a property to ensure that you are making a sound investment.
