Do not recommend this company. Unskilled workers sent to do skilled work-damaged decks and driveway just pressure washing. Cancelled our contract after 4 days and Advantage held out $3500 from our deposit of $4400 which is 50% and ILLEGAL in Davidson County TN. Only 30% deposit allowed on home improvement services between $3300-25,000. James lied to me about the skill level of his employees. Terrible company! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! They only did half of the work and tried to steal over $4,500 from my family. Never showed up when they were suppose to, left the job site a mess and lied about the work that was done. James and everyone at Advantage were very unprofessional and I can't say one possitive thing about Advantage. They should be turned in to the BBB and no longer in business. They are crooks!!!
Took the extra Time – I was really impressed with how James took the extra time with me and wife to make sure that all of our concerns were being addressed with our roof, gutters, and window project. Im glad I went with a professional company, rather than one of the cheaper prices I had gotten
Solid Work! – I cant say enough good things about the quality job James and his crew did on our home. They really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right, our roof, gutters, and deck turned out the way we wanted it!
