The worst in Columbus. The most un respected. If you are not using their aid they would continue bothering both of you until they replace it with someone they know. A drama you do not need. They don’t email or text they keep calling so no track of the conversation. Its not even safe they send whomever to you with no name or appointment except them at your door step any time for any dramatic reason. No respect.
The Physical Therapy and nursing care is amazing and Jeremy who comes once every four weeks is very good to my mom. Their aides that come in do a good job with my mom however the hours are not routine which is what i asked for when i first started with them so as far as aide care it honestly depends on what you are looking for and communication is their biggest downfall with the head of the home care aides
