Advantage Home Healthcare is the worst company u could hire to take care of your family or friends. They definitely put there employee's before whatever issue may arise even when the employee steals from the client. In any company, if an employee steals they are out the door, but with Advantage, the employee has the advantage, because I was told by the supervisor that the an employee has to have 3 issues BEFORE, they will act on any issue brought before Advantage regarding an employee.
