I have had dealings twice with this agency neither of them have worked out well for me. My suggestions for anyone needing health care are these Record all conversations. Do not have meetings with the agency alone. Get copies of all documentation and care plans If working with a case manager have your case manager at any meetings with Advantage. The help is not trained well for anything! They come in like a one-man demolition team ! The help needs more help and guidance than the patient!! Would not recommend.
